Lateness

I am a very punctual person and I ask you to do the same. If you are delayed please let me know as early as possible. I will try to accommodate you if my schedule allows it.

Cancellations

All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will result in 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in 100% of the booking fee.
